Description:

We’re looking for an in-house Senior Recruiter to become a part of our Agency Development team to assist in all areas of recruitment. You will work closely with our leadership team to build a strong talent force. The right candidate understands digital marketing inside and out. If you are looking to step into a high-visibility, critical role where you’ll be helping us grow with the right talent, please read this ad slowly. Essential Functions:

 

In this role, you will be charged with the “Lead to Day One Onboarding” lifecycle. Specifically, you will:

  • Work with the leadership team to understand the short- and long-term staffing plans

  • Collaboratively define the requirements and criteria for each position

  • Develop a pipeline of high-performance candidates through intensive networking

  • Identify and attend relevant industry events / meet-ups to cultivate a strong database of candidate leads and referrals

  • Leverage digital channels, including LinkedIn, to target and approach candidates and inspire strong talent leads

  • Leverage our Topgrading recruiting process to advance top candidates through the process

  • Work on multiple roles simultaneously in a dynamic environment

  • Foster and nurture an authentically attractive company reputation with candidates at all levels of interest

 

Education:

 

  • Bachelor's degree required in related field

 

Work Experience:

 

  • 5–8 years recruiting, with a minimum of 5 years in digital (content, agency, SaaS)

  • Strong track record of recruiting world-class talent

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in lateral recruiting

 

Skills:

  • A demonstrated ability to manage confidential processes and documents

  • A command of industry standards, best practices and procedures
