We are looking for an Associate Director to join our Client Success team of digital agency professionals who perform account planning, account management and project coordination duties. This is a highly visible, critical role. You will be both a trusted partner for our clients and a valuable member of our agency team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing long-term strategic initiatives while directing day-to-day project deliverables.

Strategic Planning & Project Management

You will be responsible for leading direct reports in day-to-day account planning, account management and project coordination functions. Your duties will include:

  •    Maintaining a complete understanding of client strategic priorities and translating priorities into actionable project plans for agency teams.
  •    Acting as the trusted partner for clients to build strategic plans and manage ongoing marketing campaign deliverables.
  •    Monitoring project briefs, schedules and deliverables across other agency teams.
  •    Leading team to prioritize multiple projects and ensure daily deliverables are completed with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
  •    Building project budgets and coordinating account financials and billing.
  •    Understanding how to “connect the dots” on data and analytics and translate findings into actionable insights for clients.
  •    Delivering client presentations that clearly communicate key insights and actionable recommendations.

ABOUT YOU

Education:

Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred

Work Experience:

5–10 years experience with a digital ad agency, ad tech firm or management consulting company
