About the role

As the Associate Director of Strategic Client Growth it’s your primary responsibility to drive the “what’s-next” strategy and grow the client relationship. The position will be managing one of our key pieces of business, which is a marquee luxury client. On a day-to-day basis you’ll be accountable for:

  • Collaborating with all internal agency disciplines in order to deliver projects to the client in the utmost standard
  • Develop strategic insight and forward-looking presentations for client senior leadership
  • Lead the alignment and planning of marketing initiatives across the clients global enterprise in the development of the ongoing content
  • Working closely with the client in a strategic planning capacity to evolve and elevate an on-going “always-on” program to drive business
  • Overseeing the Manager of Program Operations who is the day-to-day quarterback/producer of the program to ensure reasonableness, as well as escalate and problem solve when necessary
  • Become the trusted advisor and a thought leader in digital marketing, specifically in hyper-personalization


  • Have a strong understanding and passion for CRM, Email, Web, Digital Journey design
  • Have strategic experience at either digital agency or management consulting
