Director of Client Success

We are looking for a Director of Client Success who will lead the agency-wide team of client success professionals who perform account planning, account management and project coordination duties.

This is a highly visible role, and highly strategic.

You will be both a trusted partner for our clients and a valuable leader to your agency team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the “What’s next?” strategy to grow the client relationship while also guiding your team to manage the day-to-day project work. Below is an overview of your responsibilities:

Develop Client Strategy.

You will work closely with each of our clients to co-create a vision that leverages Smart Content to drive individualized customer experiences and then develop forward-looking presentations for client senior leadership.

Develop Strategic Roadmaps.

You will then work with your direct reports and the cross-functional (agency and client) teams to develop ongoing always-on Smart Content strategic roadmaps that drive to KPIs, and you will work to develop 12-month execution roadmaps.

Manage and Coordinate Program Execution.

Your team will be responsible for the ongoing day-to-day program coordination and management, including budget development and management, milestones and deliverables, as well as running internal and external meetings.


You will lead and grow a high-performance team (currently eight positions) responsible for managing ongoing client programs. You will be on the leadership team of seven (including CEO) and have a voice in moving the company forward. The company is in high-growth mode, and the culture is drama free.



ERGO Interactive designs, develops, deploys and optimizes Smart Content for our blue chip clients. M.B.A. and Bachelor's degree required

Work Experience: 

15+ years in Digital Agency / Management Consulting

Strong track record of driving results

Strong track record of developing a high-performance team
