We are looking for a talented and passionate Content Strategist / Writer to join our team.

About the role

We are looking for a passionate storyteller to choreograph brand stories across multiple platforms and mediums. Below are the key aspects of your new job:

  • Creating thoughtful, personalized and brand relevant content strategies and then execute across multiple online and offline channels / platforms
  • Collaborating with design partner(s) co develop journeys and experiences via sketches (rather than just word docs)
  • Playing an active role in stakeholder and user research including to identify insights and trends
  • Performing content audits from time to time to assess content to identify strengths, weaknesses, gaps and inconsistencies, and opportunities
  • Identifying opportunities for content testing and measurement.
  • Implement testing and learning methodologies
  • Applying these learnings to continuously optimize performance of programs
  • Work collaboratively in a multifunctional team to concept and implement compelling brand stories across teams
  • Working with experience design team to concept infographics and charts to bring data insights to life in an engaging way.
  • Establish and enforce writing style and tone within brand guidelines for assigned projects
  • Creating and maintain content roadmap and content workflows
  • Edit and proof all work for quality and accuracy
  • Clearly and confidently present work to internal team and clients

About you

Bring your gifted writing and background and strategic brilliance to help us create award-winning, groundbreaking digital journeys. The key drivers of your success include your:

  • 5-6 years experience at a creative or media agency, or in-house, as a content writer/strategist, copywriter or strategist
  • Love both high-level strategy and hands-on writing and editing for web and mobile experiences
  • Portfolio of strong, witty writing for both long-form and short-form content
  • Extremely deadline and detail-oriented
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork/communication skills
  • Understand design thinking and user experience
  • Strategic, curious mindset
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • The will to win

Extra credit if you have the following:

  • A BA/BS or MA/MS in communications, journalism, marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Understanding of the financial services industry and compliance regulations, including retail banking, wealth and asset management, FinTech, etc.
  • Experience in-house at a financial institution, at an agency with financial services clients, or a financial services media publication
  • Ability to help us win on Trivia Night
